The game blocks capture

A few games and video players protect their picture from being captured (DRM). They show black in any streaming app. Nothing to fix on our side; try the PC's desktop stream (⇧⌘D) to check.

Exclusive full screen

Set the game to Borderless or Windowed full screen in its own video settings. Exclusive full screen can hide the picture from capture on some drivers. Overtoaster puts it full screen on the Mac anyway.

HDR

HDR is experimental. If the picture goes black or washed out, turn HDR off in Overtoaster → Settings → Video, or in Windows.

Still black?

Use Report a Problem while it happens: the logs say which window was captured.
