Controllers

• Connect Xbox, PlayStation or other controllers to the Mac (System Settings → Bluetooth).
• Up to four become Xbox controllers on the PC, rumble included.
• Some anti-cheat systems don't accept virtual controllers; mouse and keyboard still work.

Mouse in games

Game mode (⌃⌥⌘M) gives the game the mouse, for shooters and camera control. ⌃⌥ gives it back.

Keyboard

⌘ works as Ctrl by default, so ⌘C, ⌘V and friends do what you expect. Change it in Settings → Input. Left ⌘ alone is the Windows key on the desktop.
